It does not govern the independent privacy practices of Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty, multiple listing services, property-search providers, social media platforms, or other third-party websites and services.

Property Search and IDX Technologies
The Site uses an IDX property-search and registration platform to display real estate listings, provide saved searches, send listing alerts, and allow users to request property information.
The IDX provider may collect information you submit, including your name, email address, telephone number, property-search preferences, saved properties, viewed listings, and inquiry history. This information may be transmitted to Westall Real Estate, Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty, the IDX provider, and associated customer relationship management systems so that requested services can be provided.
CRM, Email, and SMS Technologies
We use customer relationship management, email marketing, and SMS communication platforms to organize inquiries, respond to users, maintain client and prospect records, deliver requested property alerts or market information, and communicate about real estate services.
These providers may process contact information, communication history, property interests, search preferences, message content, consent records, and engagement information on our behalf.
Telephone numbers and SMS consent records will not be sold or provided to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. They may be disclosed to communications providers that help us deliver messages and maintain consent and opt-out records.
Embedded Content and Third-Party Services
The Site may include content or functionality provided by third parties, including YouTube videos, Matterport virtual tours, Google Maps, social media content, mortgage tools, property-search services, and other embedded technologies.
When you view or interact with embedded content, the provider may collect information directly from your browser or device, including your IP address, cookie identifiers, device information, account information, and interaction data.
