Since 2003, Dave has specialized in real estate sales across Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, West Shore Lake Tahoe, and ski resort communities, including Alpine Meadows, Palisades Tahoe, and Northstar. He began his career as a real estate appraiser before transitioning into real estate sales in 2007, giving clients the benefit of both valuation insight and market experience.
