We had listed our home for the prior two summers with another agent. This was not working we had very few showings and no offers. We decided to try another agent this year. The he and his team prepared marketing collateral to show our home off on many platforms. We then listed the home and from the start we saw more activity. Dave was constantly giving us updates from each showing. After about a month we were still seeing activity and we received our first offer. We decided to pass and a week later we had another offer that after a few counter offers we took. While we can’t say that this was not a result of this year being a stronger market. We could not have been happier with the process of working with Dave and his team. Throughout the escrow Dave was in constant contact with us and helped us find a mover and to get repairs done. We highly recommend him to others looking to sell their home.
