Dave was outstanding. He went above and beyond as I was not there locally and there was 8′ of snow and Dave worked to get things cleared to make the house accessible. He also took care of meeting all the personnel required for inspections and photos plus he set up and worked to have a window replaced that ice had cracked. He also shoveled 4′ of snow so the window replacement could be installed. Of course Dave is easy going and extremely knowledgeable of the Lake Tahoe and surrounding areas real estate market. He definitely was pivotal in us receiving offers within 4-5 days on the market. I highly recommend Dave as a real estate professional!!
