The Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) is the original master homeowners association at Northstar. NPOA consists of 1,480 members: 808 Single Family Residential homes and five Condo Associations that includes 672 units. Membership is mandatory and costs approximately $1,200 per year. The NPOA Recreation Center provides members and their guests with access to pools (Lap Pool open year-round), hot tubs, dry saunas, fitness facility, game room, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, basketball, nature trails, kids playground, and summer activities.
