The last 12 months have been strong for luxury home sales in the Lake Tahoe region. Many experts feel that the increased demand for Tahoe luxury homes will revitalize home prices in 2013.  We saw an increase in sales volume for Lake Tahoe luxury homes in 2012 due to consumer confidence in the luxury markets, buyers taking advantage of depressed pricing, and due to the fact that corporate executives continue to earn at record levels spurring increased demand for Lake Tahoe real estate.
