Spring has arrived in Lake Tahoe! With the longer days, spring sunshine and amazing corn snow come some of our favorite Lake Tahoe events of the year!

	WinterWonderGrass Tahoe Where: Squaw Valley When: March 20-22 Squaw’s inaugural WinterWonderGrass music festival features 3 days of world-class Bluegrass/Acoustic Roots music on three stages complemented by California craft breweries and beer tasting all under the snow-covered peaks of Squaw Valley. Some headliners include Trampled by Turtles, Greensky Bluegrass, The Infamous Stringduster, Elephant Revival and many more!
	Spring Music Series Where: Alpine Meadows When: March 28 – April 18 Kick up your feet and relax on the Sundeck for an afternoon of funky beats and good times every Saturday this spring at Alpine Meadows. Bands include Joy and Madness, Yo Mammas Big Fat Booty, The Nibblers, and Con Brio.
	Snow Golf Where: Alpine Meadows When: March 28 As the only top-to-bottom snow golf course, this highly anticipated spring event is a unique way to spend a day on the slopes. The nine-hole course starts at the top of Summit Express and meanders its way down the mountain with the last hole ending up at the bottom of the Alpine Bowl Chair.
	Mothership Classic Where: Alpine Meadows When: Monday, March 30 The Mothership Classic is all about supporting a great cause while having a great day on Summit Express at Alpine Meadows. Skiers and riders will lap Summit Express chairlift as many times as they can from 9 am – 4 pm. Participants will obtain a per-lap sponsorship to benefit the High Fives Non-Profit Foundation.
	Spring it On! Where: Northstar California When: April 4 Head to Northstar for the annual Spring It On! event offering something for everyone. Guests can enjoy complimentary face painting, balloon artist, a pond skim, live music and more. All activities are free to participate in.
	Spring Evening Ski Party Where: Tahoe Donner When: April 4 Celebrate spring at Tahoe Donner at the Spring Ski Party! Enjoy a barbecue, live music, and a special outdoor bar. Skiing will be extended to 5:45 pm. Attendees will be entered into a free drawing to win a 2015-16 Season Pass.
	Tahoe Truckee Earth Day Celebration Where: Squaw Valley When: April 18 This all-ages, community-sponsored event gives participants an opportunity to learn about recycling, composting, alternative energy, sustainability, watershed and forest health, and reducing ecological footprints via a diverse array of agency representatives and earth-friendly vendors. Enjoy live music, a trashion show, and environmental fun at the largest eco-event in the North Lake Tahoe/Truckee area.
	Cushing Crossing Where: Squaw Valley When: TBD (Keep your eye on Squaw’s event calendar) The Cushing Crossing is Squaw Valley’s acclaimed pond skimming event that challenges participants to cross the vast and chilly waters of Cushing Pond on skis, a snowboard or any ski or snowboard-based vessel. The event is known for colossal crashes, hilarious costumes, and ultra-creative pond skimming contraptions.
